Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it

  • unused and unopened

  • in its original packaging

  • accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Important Notice About Prizes

Plushies and prizes won through gameplay are final and non-returnable.
All prizes are awarded based on skill-based gameplay and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

Gift Cards & Tokens

  • Gift cards and token purchases may be refunded in full only if they are unused and returned in full within 30 days of purchase.

  • Partially used gift cards or token balances are non-refundable.

  • Gift cards and tokens cannot be returned once any portion has been used.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Plushies and prizes won through gameplay

  • Used or partially used gift cards or tokens

  • Sale items

  • Custom or special-order items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return an eligible item (if approved) and place a new purchase separately.

European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
This does not apply to prizes, used tokens, or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
