To help us capture the fun and promote future events, photos and videos may be taken throughout the event.

Media Consent

By attending Soft Clubbing, you acknowledge that you may appear in photos or videos taken by event staff or authorized photographers. These images and recordings may be used by the organizer for marketing, promotional materials, social media, websites, and other business purposes without additional compensation.

Respect Everyone's Privacy

Please be respectful when taking your own photos or videos:

• Do not intentionally film or photograph someone who asks not to be recorded.

• Avoid posting content that may embarrass, harass, or invade another attendee's privacy.

• Do not livestream other attendees without their permission.

We love seeing your content! Feel free to share your experience and tag us on social media.

Please help us maintain a fun, welcoming, and respectful community by avoiding content that is offensive, discriminatory, or harmful to other attendees.

Need to Opt Out?

If you prefer not to appear in event photos or videos, please let a staff member know when you check in. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear incidentally in crowd or background shots.
